Return approved but no label in sight? Two quick fixes solve this almost every time.
1. Check spam and Promotions
The return label email very often lands in the spam folder or Gmail's Promotions tab. Search your inbox for "PlantWave" and check both places.
2. Print it straight from your account
- Log in to your account at plantwave.com.
- Open the order you are returning.
- Select the return label and print it.
Note: our labels are print-only; there are no QR code drop-off labels, so you will need access to a printer.
