Exchanges only apply to products that are defective. We do not accept exchanges for used products that are in working condition. Our warranty is one year from delivery date. 

Exchanges are not permitted for devices that are in working condition. Only allowed for defective products and will be replaced at no charge under our one-year warranty.

How a warranty replacement works: ship back the device only, and keep your accessories, cords, and box; your replacement is a bare device. Use the label we provide within 14 days, write your name and order number on the package, and your replacement ships once the return is received (tracking within 24 hours). International warranty replacements are marked as paid, so you will not owe duties. Keep your orginal accessories to use with your replacement.
